Rollcall does not require additional hardware. This product only requires Chrome web browser and an Internet connection. The website is optimized for Chrome.

Main IT Infrastructure Requirements

There are three main IT infrastructure requirements to support Adashi’s incident response and incident command software:
 

Hardware – Hardware (computer) maintenance and support are not provided by Adashi.  The following components are required to be in working condition for Adashi to operate:

1. Computer/Tablet. Supported Operating Systems: Windows 11 using x64 CPUs only. (no RT/ARM compatibility at this time)
2. GPS receiver for devices that will use First Response MDT, this is required for vehicle routing to the scene.
3. Communication device such as a Cell Card this is required for access to online weather data and connection to the Adashi Server.

GIS – Both Adashi First Response MDT, and Adashi C&C include North America’s maps for your region. If requested, the Adashi team can acquire your local map files from your GIS department, which may be a part of the County, and set up a combined view set. These map views will include both the regional North America map set and the local GIS layers. After this initial setup, updates to these maps will be the responsibility of your GIS department. Adashi’s documentation includes extensive instructions on how to do this maintenance. In addition, since Adashi is based on the same Esri map engine that your GIS department uses for map management, there is no extensive conversion process required. The maps you currently utilize, and update can simply be copied into the Adashi map folder replacing the old versions.
 

Software installation – Adashi Applications and any Adashi customizations are distributed digitally or through Adashi Deploy. If digitally downloaded, it is the customer’s responsibility to perform this installation and all subsequent installations and updates. Initial installation is done with an Adashi Support representative assisting, remaining installs are customer responsibility. The digital download is a large multi-part archive that can be extracted to a Customer USB drive or Network Share for easy installation.
 

Additional Adashi Software Requirements for First Response MDT and Adashi C&C Software
•    Intel dual core processor, 13th or 14th Generation Intel Core i5, i7, or i9 CPU Or Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, or 9.
•    Windows 11
•    16 GB RAM or higher 
•    150 GB of available hard disk storage (Mostly for map data)
•    Minimum 1080p display (1920×1080 Resolution)
•    Internet connectivity is required for certain functionality, contact us for specific details.
•    Sound card with speakers (required. It is used by the routing speech engine)
•    The software is supported on Windows 11 tablets (but not Windows RT/ARM).
 

Adashi Server recommended configuration:

                                                                    1-50 Users (Windows clients) 
o    CPU: Intel dual core processor, 13th or 14th Generation Intel Core i7, or i9 CPU Or Intel Core Ultra 7, or 9
o    RAM: 8 GB minimum
o    OS: Windows Server 2022/2025
o    Hard Disk Storage: 250 GB

                                                                      50-100 Users (Windows clients) 
o    CPU: Intel dual core processor, 13th or 14th Generation Intel Core i7, or i9 CPU Or Intel Core Ultra 7, or 9
o    RAM: 16 GB minimum
o    OS: Windows Server 2022/2025
o    Hard Disk Storage: Variable based on number of users, 500GB
